Hi, I'm Mario. I've been a software engineer, a data engineer, a first-line manager, and a second-line manager in the 18 years of my career. I've never studied anything of this. I never had a formal education in any of these fields. If I can do it, you can do it, too. Let me help you with that.

I had and still have the pleasure of working with and amongst the greatest people in the industry. These environments, companies, and people helped me significantly improve my skills and extend my knowledge.

Still, it needs to be clear that I do not represent any of the companies, past or current, and my opinions are entirely my own.

This site gives you access to a lot of my experience and knowledge through articles. In the future, paid subscribers will get access to all of the content while some articles will remain accessible to all audiences.

A quick technical note: I don't send your traffic to someone else. The only domain besides the blogging platform is "t.thesecondlineperspective.blog", which contains GDPR-compliant click tracking that I personally host in the EU.
